Little Snoot put on a yellow raincoat.
“I’m ready for a very big adventure!”
But outside, one very small raindrop landed on the window.
Plip.
Snoot tilted a little pink nose. “Was that you?”
Another raindrop arrived.
Plip. Plop.
Snoot tapped two hooves. Tap, tap. The rain tapped back.
“You sound like a tiny song!” said Snoot.
Inside, a grown-up set out paper and crayons. Snoot chose blue. One dot for plip. One wiggly line for plop.
Soon the page was full of a wonderfully wobbly rainstorm.
“Was that a big adventure?” asked the grown-up.
Snoot smiled. “It was our adventure.”
And that was just the right size.
